This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies machine screw counterbores and countersinks used for working of counterbores and countersinks corresponding to flat fillister head machine screws, oval fillister head machine screws, countersunk head machine screws, and oval countersunk head machine screws with thread designation M 3 to M 8 specified in JIS B 1101, hereinafter referred to as the \"milling cutters\".
