This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies terrestrial telescopes having used of lens or prism as errecting optical system, hereinafter referred to as the \"terrestrial telescopes\" and having used with objective lens composed of not less than two sheets. However, to Galilean type terrestrial telescopes the Standard does not apply.
