This Japanese Industrial Standard applies to the calculation of the pressure parts (including load transmission parts) of quick closure for pressure vessels under 100 MPa (1000 kgf/cm*2) in design pressure and 250 centigrade degrees or lower in design temperature. The methods of application are in accordance with JIS B 8270. However, those given in the following respective items are not included. (1) Those which are exposed to flame directly. (2) Those which are under particular conditions of remarkable thermal stress and thermal impact.
