This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the silencers to attenuate the exhaust sound, hereinafter referred to as the \"silencers\", which are to be installed at the exhaust ports of the directional control valves and the like, hereinafter referred to as the \"valves\", used in pneumatic circuits.
