This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies those measuring systems (fuel dispensers for motor vehicles) which have a mechanism for filling fuel tanks or other containers of motor vehicles, small boats, small airplanes, etc. with fuel oils (petrol, kerosene, light fuel oil or heavy fuel oil, etc.) and which are installed in fuel delivery sites to be used for transaction or certification.
