This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies respective calculation formulae for the overall resistance, artificial friction coefficient, operating power requirement, belt tensions, capacity and cross-sectional area of the material on the belt for stationary type rubber belt conveyors, hereafter referred to as the "conveyors".
