This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies electrical insulating papers, especially for electrical cables. In this Standard, specifications in either of the text or the Annex are applicable for a product consistently and it is not allowed to select or mix at one\'s own discretion the corresponding specification items and the contents stated in the said both parts.
