This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the cross-linked polyethylene insulated cables, hereinafter referred to as the \"cables\", which are used for electric power circuits of 3300 V or 6600 V, and the conductors of which are insulated with cross-linked polyethylene and sheathed with vinyl chloride resin, hereinafter referred to as the \"vinyl\", or polyethylene.
