This Standard is applicable to manually or electrically operated three-phase a.c. switches and switch-disconnectors designed for indoor and outdoor installation for a nominal voltage of 3.3 kV or 6.6 kV, at a frequency 50 Hz or 60 Hz, for a short-circuit current not exceeding 12.5 kA and a rated current not exceeding 600 A.
