This part of JIS C 8105 specifies the fundamental matters concerning the general purpose luminaires with the rated voltage of not more than AC 600 V, which use an incandescent lamp (including a tungsten halogen lamp), a fluorescent lamp, an HID lamp and a low pressure sodium lamp as the light source.
