This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies busways (excluding trolley busways) and associated accessories to be used in electric circuits of a.c. 600 V or less, or d.c. 750 V or less with a rated current of 6000 a or less. The accessories referred to hereafter are end closures, feed-in boxes and branch connecting device (plug-in devices (plug-in breakers, plug-in switches and plug-in boxes) and bolt-on devices (bolt-on breakers, bolt-on switches and bolt-on boxes)).
