This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies ICP atomic emission spectrometric method using decomposition in acids and fusion with potassium disulfate to determine the content rate of 16 components specified in Table 1 (silicon, manganese, phosphorous, nickel, chromium, molybdenum, copper, vanadium, cobalt, titanium, aluminium, calcium, magnesium, arsenic, zirconium and zinc) in steel.
