This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the single cold-reduced tinplate and its blackplate, hereinafter referred to as the \"blackplate\", made of low carbon steel rolled to from 0.15 mm up to 0.60 mm in nominal thickness, and double cold-reduced tinplate and blackplate made of low carbon steel rolled to from 0.14 mm up to 0.36 mm in nominal thickness.
