General rules for the determination of particle size and crystallite size in metal catalysts
Hardcopy , PDF
Japanese, English
20-03-2005
This Standard specifies the common items to measure the particle size dispersed in metal catalysts by electron microscope method, and the crystallite size in metal catalysts by X-ray diffraction method, consisting of metal elements of the particle diameter from 1 nm to 100 nm existing on the carrier in a dispersed and fixed condition (for example, supported metal catalysts) and in a condition of the metal colloid being independent or dispersed in the medium (for example, metal colloid suspension).
