This Standard specifies method for the particle size determination in metal catalysts such as supported metal catalysts by electron microscope. This standard specifies the test specimen of particle diameter from 1 nm to 100 nm for transmission electron microscope, and the particle diameter from 2 nm to 100 nm and metal contents 0.1 % or over for the test specimen of scanning electron microscope.
