This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the method for measurement of electrical conductivities in the range of 5 mus/m to 200 s/m (25 centigrade degrees) (0.05 mus/cm to 2.00 s/m (25 centigrade degrees) of electrolytic aqueous solution and water (river water, sea, water, rain water, distilled water, demineralized water, etc.).
