This Standard specifies a method for assessing the light fastness of in terior paints by exposure to light from artificial sources, under prescribed conditions which have been shown to correlate acceptably with exposure to daylight through glass. For critical applications the user should generally satisfy himself that the degree of correlation is acceptable for this purpose.
