This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the testing methods of rubber products which are generally used for the purpose of preventing propagation of vibration or impact, of absorbing vibration, and of softening percussion (hereafter referred to as \"rubber vibration isolators\"). The agreement between the parties concerned with delivery can make this applicable to the rubber material, made of cellular rubber, reinforced with fiber, or containing fluid by sealing.
