This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the physical and chemical tests for the raw rubber of synthetic rubber IIR (isobutene-isoprene rubber), the standard compounding ingredients, the formulae and the mixing methods for evaluating the vulcanization characteristics. However chlorinated IIR shall be excluded from this Standard.
