This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the melamine-formaldehyde moulding compounds. The molding materials referred to in this standard are defined as the compounds consisting of base material of pulp or cellulose or similar materials and of binder of melamine-formaldehyde resin and can make to molded products due to hardening when subjected to pressurizing and heating in the molding die.
