JIS Q 9023:2018

This Standard specifies the following three guidelines with regard to policy management as one of the major activities of quality management: guidelines for managers of each function, i.e., core persons who implement policy management, on how to implement policy management for each function; guidelines for top management and the persons who are responsible for policy management of the whole organization, on how to implement policy management of the whole organization; and guidelines for top management and the persons who are responsible for policy management of the whole organization, on education and training, tools and evaluation for promotion policy management organization-wide.
