This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the crayons and oil pastels made for common use by mixing and remolding pigment, fat and oil, wax, etc. to solidify them. However, those not containing fat and oil, and wax such as those for specialists, water soluble crayons and pastels, resin crayons, etc. are excluded.
