This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the gas-powered resuscitator (hereafter referred to as the \"resuscitators\" to be used for lifesaving mainly in emergency situations. Further, other than the full automatic type resuscitators the resuscitators to deliver the inspiration by operating suitably with hand by operator and demand type resuscitators delivering inspiration automatically corresponding to patient\'s inspiration are included also.
