This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies ethylene oxide gas sterilizers used for sterilization of medical appliances (hereafter referred to as the \"sterilizers\") of automatic operation type having the pressure vessel of less than 0.2 MPa (2.0 kgf/cm*2) in maximum using pressure and of less than 100 liter in internal volume.
