This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the adhesive polyvinyl chloride tapes (hereafter referred to as the \"tapes\") of which one side is uniformly coated with pressure sensitive adhesive, to be used mainly for packaging, sealing, marking and others. However, the tapes to be used for electric insulation and corrosion proofing are excluded.
