This Standard specifies the filling volume, inside diameter (or opening diameter), height of can, quality and employed materials of round open-top cans of two-piece and three-piece to be used as containers of canned foods (including drinks). This Standard, however, does not apply to cans which are double seamed at both ends after filled with contents.
