This Standard specifies the standard qualification procedure for gas pressure welding technique of steel bars for concrete reinforcement specified in JIS G 3112, which are heated with oxygen/gas flame and jointed with mechanical pressure, using manual gas pressure welding, automatic gas pressure welding and gas pressure welding by hot trimming.
