This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the installed articles surface contamination monitoring assemblies for beta emitters which is used for measuring the surface contamination of articles taken out from the controlled areas of nuclear facilities, etc. by detecting the contamination with a nuclide emitting beta ray of 0.15 MeV in maximun energy.
