This Japanese Industrial Standard specifies the retroreflective safety signs, hereinafter referred to as the \"sign boards\", which are processed with retroreflective treatment on safety signs specified in JIS Z 9107 and on mine saftey signs specified in JIS M 7001 to be used for the purpose of prevention of danger during night time or in dark places in factories, mines construction fields and other business places.
