Specifies waterproof, water-vapor proof, plastic film, pressure sensitive adhesive tapes designed primarily for the sealing of fiber ammunition containers meeting MIL- DTL-2439, plastic containers and similar applications requiring a tough sealing medium having the properties of the tapes meeting this specification.
