Inhibitors shall be of the following composition, as specified: Composition- Cellulose acetate prepared from chemical cellulose (reference ASTM subcommittee 1 under D-23) and plasticized with dimethyl phthalate. The composition shall be 26 to 30 parts of plasticizer per 100 parts of cellulose acetate flake.
