Gives design and engineering criteria for the development and construction of NAVAIR Mobile Facility Units. These MF's or units are class 1 nonexpandable tactical shelters for use as defined in MIL-STD-907. The exterior dimensions are; 8-feet wide, 8-feet high and 20 feel in length in the shipping mode configuration. The Mobile Testing facility shall be referred to hereafter as the MF or unit.
