An appendix which describes method for interchanging formatting information for military technical documents where source files are tagged accordingly to DTDs in accordance developed in this specification. As described according to the rules - allows for divergent receiving processing systems to interpret the style/formatting intent re the sending system. It is accomplished with the tagged source file/FOSI combined. As this appendix - not mandatory part of specification, however, when appendix is cited in contract, information cited is intended for compliance.
