This specification describes the performance requirements and verification methods for CLEANER, LUBRICANT, AND PRESERVATIVE (CLP) FOR WEAPONS AND WEAPON SYSTEMS. This product is for use in cleaning, lubricating and short-term (see 6.10.5) preservation of small and large caliber military weapons, operating in the temperature range of -51 to + 71 °C (-60 to +160 °F). (See 6.1).
