Interoperability and Performance Standards for Digital Facsimile Equipment

Gives technical design standards for digital facsimile (FAX) equipment to be used over long haul (non-tactical) and tactical communications networks. Operation over circuit switched networks, the analog media matching parameters needed for non-tactical application, and associated protocols are established.
