Hard-deposited, chromium plated items, when made and finished to the requirements of the relevant drawing, are required to be inspected in accordance with the quality assurance provisions of AMS 2406. Provides the visual inspection method as a supplement to AMS 2406 to establish additional acceptance and rejection criteria.
