Defines the minimum qualitative and quantitative rules and characteristics of the provision of a furniture removal service, where the specifications of the furniture removal service are specified in EN 12522-1. Also defines the requirements for a quality approach. Applicable only to those activities relating to the mobility of private individuals, where the contract is entered into by an individual or employer or relocation agent, when the latter needs the moving of personal property, usually consisting of non-commercial property and/or property which is in current use.
