for centrifugal liquid oxygen pumps
Minimum requirements for the design, manufacture and testing of pumps for cryogenic service (i.e. for cryogenic fluids, see EN 1251-1) are defined. Centrifugal pumps are covered, however, the principles may be applied to pumps of other types (e.g reciprocating). Guidance on the design of installations are given (see Annex A). Requirements on maintenance or operation are not specified.
