Establishes a test method (phase 2/step 1) and the minimum requirements for bactericidal activity of chemical disinfectant and antiseptic products which form a homogenous physically stable preparation in standardized hard water. Applies to products in the veterinary field e.g. in the production, breeding, husbandry, transport and disposal of all animals with the exception of when in the food chain following death and entry into the processing industry.
