Applicable to professional audio, video, audio-visual and entertainment lighting control apparatus as defined in clause 4, to be used in the environments described in clause 5, including digital apparatus as in 4.5 and sub-assemblies (7.3). Also defines describes disturbances in frequencies between 0 Hz and 400 GHz.
