    Defines procedures for determining the declared and design thermal values for thermally homogeneous building materials and products. In addition, it provides methods for conversion of values obtained under one set of conditions to those valid for a further set of conditions. These methods are valid for design ambient temperatures in the range -30 degrees C and +60 degrees C.
