NEN 2767-1 is een eenduidige methodiek voor de conditiemeting van alle onderscheiden beheerobjecten in de gebouwde omgeving. In NEN 2767-2 is een overzicht gegeven van de beheerobjecten die met de methodiek conditiemeting worden beoordeeld. De in de dataset opgenomen beheerobjecten die onder het toepassingsgebied vallen is niet limitatief en wordt op verzoek door de normcommissie aangevuld.
