Defines a method for the determination of the freezing point of milk with a thermistor cyroscope, which should yield the same results as the reference method described in NEN 3462. Applicable to checking whether water has been added to raw milk or heated milk which has been completely skimmed, semi-skimmed or not skimmed at all.
