Deze norm beschrijft een instrumentele methode voor de routinebepaling van de pH met een glaselektrode in een suspensie van grond in gedemineraliseerd water (pH-H[2]O) of in een kaliumchloide-oplossing (pH-KCI) of in een calciumchloride-oplossing (pH-CaCL[2]). De norm is van toepassing op alle soorten grondmonsters voorbehandeld volgens NEN 5751.
