Describes a method for the potentiometric titrations by means of a glass electrode for the determination of the content of hydrogen carbonate, carbonate and hydroxide, where the contents are determined from the results of two titrations by using equilibrium formulas. Applicable to boiler water and drinking water with a pH higher than 8,35.
