A Withdrawn Standard is one, which is removed from sale, and its unique number can no longer be used. The Standard can be withdrawn and not replaced, or it can be withdrawn and replaced by a Standard with a different number.

Deals with all significant hazards, hazardous situations and events relevant to diamond wire saws, when they are used as intended and under conditions of misuse, which are reasonably foreseeable, by the manufacturer. It also deals with the hazards during transport, commissioning, use and maintenance. Applies to diamond wire saws being used in quarries as well as in processing plants for cutting marble, granite and other stones out of a mass of rocks in a quarry or of blocks having been already extracted.
