Annex A (informative) Procedure to be adopted when a
cylinder valve is suspected to be
obstructed
Gives the inspection requirements at the time of filling and is applicable to seamless or welded transportable gas cylinders made of aluminium alloy or steel for compressed gases (excluding acetylene) having a water capacity from 0.5 litre up to 150 litres. When practicable, it may also apply to cylinders of less than 0.5 litre water capacity.
