Defines hole sizes for solid rivets set by cold forming and is applicable to all materials. Applicable to all solid rivets in the EN series. The purpose is to reduce the variety of drills and plug gauges used for the production of rivet holes and to ensure consistency in the performance of rivetted joints used in aerospace applications.
