Defines all significant hazards, hazardous situation and events relevant to stationary and displaceable hand fed surface planing machines fitted or not with demountable power feed unit hereinafter referred to as machines designed to cut solid wood, chipboard, fibreboard and plywood when they are used as intended and under the conditions foreseen by the manufacturer.
