Deze Euronorm geldt voor koudgewalst band van de staalsoorten genoemd in tabel 1 met dikten tot ongeveer 5 mm en breedten tot ongeveer 600 mm, dat wordt besteld in een der leveringstoestanden volgens punt 3.9 en dat hoofdzakelijk wordt gebruikt voor veren maar ook voor diverse andere sterk belaste onderdelen.
